Mission Statement:
The Helper City Library provides services, programs, and activities to our diverse community and visitors to the area to promote lifelong learning.
We cooperate with other libraries and service organizations in providing education, culture, information, and recreational services that reflect the needs and interests of the community to enhance the quality of life in Helper, UT.

Goal A: Book and A Movie

2. Provide one book per family to keep.
3. Utilize the library’s resources.
4. Community involvement for choosing.
Goal B: After school Program
1. Use the new Library website and social media to promote.
2. Create Multiple programs to reach school age children.
3. Use community members as volunteers to support after school programs.
4. Donations.
Goal C: Community Programs
Adult program, Book club, Place to host community events, and Homework help

2. Use community members and entities as volunteers to support community programs.
Goal D:Open hours Programs
Story Time, Summer Reading, and Music
